1. Definitions

• "Lumengray" / "we" / "us" — the operator of the workshop programme described on this website.
• "Participant" / "you" — an individual who books or attends a workshop, or an employer organisation booking on behalf of employees.
• "Workshop" / "Session" — any educational programme offered by Lumengray, whether as an individual half-day session or a multi-session employer programme.
• "Materials" — reading packs, checklists, folder templates, and presentation materials provided as part of a workshop.
• "Content" — all information, text, and materials created by Lumengray and accessible through the website or at workshops.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, confirming a booking, or attending a session, you confirm that:

• You have read and agree to these Terms;
• You are aged 18 or over, or are an authorised representative of an organisation;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you are booking on behalf of an employer or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to agree to these Terms on that organisation's behalf.

3. Service Description

Lumengray offers three workshop formats:

Session dates, times, and venue details are confirmed separately at the time of booking. Lumengray reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session where minimum participant numbers are not met, or for reasons outside our control, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Enrolment and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from Lumengray and, where applicable, payment has been received.
• Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of all materials provided at the session.
• Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
• For employer-group bookings, invoices will be issued to the organisation upon confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of your booking will apply.

5. Cancellation and Transfer Policy

We understand that plans change. Our standard policy is:

• More than 7 days before the session: full transfer to another date at no charge, or a credit note for future use.
• 3–7 days before the session: transfer to another date subject to availability; a substitution of another participant from the same organisation is welcomed.
• Less than 3 days before the session: the place is forfeit; materials will be sent if applicable.

Lumengray does not offer cash refunds as a standard policy, but will consider requests in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

6. Educational Scope and Limitations

Lumengray workshops are designed and delivered as educational and informational programmes only. Specifically:

• Sessions explain how retirement and pension systems generally work; they do not constitute financial advice, investment guidance, or regulated services of any kind.
• Facilitators will not assess, comment on, or advise regarding your individual financial position, entitlements, or planning.
• Materials reference publicly available official sources; Lumengray does not warrant that such sources remain current at all times.
• Participants should consult appropriately authorised professionals for individual advice on financial, legal, or benefits matters.

7. Participant Responsibilities

By attending a session, you agree to:

• Arrive punctually and participate respectfully;
• Not record, photograph, or reproduce session content without our prior written permission;
• Use any materials provided for your own educational and organisational purposes only;
• Not share or distribute workshop materials to third parties outside your organisation without permission;
• Refrain from conduct that disrupts the session or makes the environment unwelcoming for other participants.

8. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, session materials, checklists, templates, and website content are the intellectual property of Lumengray or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use materials provided at a workshop for your own educational and organisational purposes. This does not include:

• Reproducing or adapting materials for commercial use;
• Distributing materials publicly or to persons outside your organisation;
• Removing attribution or branding from any materials.

For employer-programme participants, the reusable presentation materials provided may be adapted for internal staff communication within the purchasing organisation only.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law:

• Our workshops are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Attendance does not create a professional or advisory relationship of any kind.
• We make no representation that session content constitutes advice, nor that applying any information discussed will produce a particular outcome for any participant.
• References to official sources are provided as a starting point for independent research. We are not responsible for changes to those sources after materials are prepared.
• Our website is provided without warranty as to accuracy or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Subject to applicable law, Lumengray's total liability to you in connection with any workshop or use of our website will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant session.

We will not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses;
• Loss of income or anticipated savings;
• Decisions made based on workshop content;
• Events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to weather, venue closure, or public-health circumstances).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We encourage participants to contact us in the first instance to resolve any concern informally before pursuing formal proceedings. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 14 working days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, identified by the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to participants with active bookings via the email address provided. Continued attendance at or booking of sessions after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
