Cookie Policy

This page explains what cookies are, which ones the Lumengray website uses, and how you can manage your preferences. You can update your choices at any time using the controls below.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed in your browser by websites you visit. They serve several purposes: some are essential for the site to function, others help us understand how pages are used, and others remember your preferences between visits.
Cookies do not contain your name or directly identify you as a person unless you have provided that information separately. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though this may affect how some parts of the site work.
Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active — cannot be disabled
These cookies are required for basic site functions. Without them, the website cannot operate correctly. They include your cookie consent preference (so you are not asked on every page) and session integrity.
Duration: session or up to 12 months
Analytics Cookies
Optional — helps us improve the site
These cookies help us understand which pages are visited most often, where visitors come from, and how they navigate through the site. We use this information only in aggregate form to improve content and layout. If you decline, we will not receive this data from your visit.
Provider: Google Analytics (anonymised) · Duration: up to 13 months
Marketing Cookies
Optional — used for relevant outreach
These cookies support advertising and remarketing where we have enabled it. They allow us to show relevant information to people who have previously visited our site on external platforms. If you decline, ads you see elsewhere will not be informed by your visit here.
Duration: up to 90 days
Preference Cookies
Optional — remembers your choices
These cookies remember settings you have chosen, such as display preferences or language, so you do not need to re-select them on each visit. They do not collect information for advertising.
Duration: up to 12 months
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which cookies to accept, then save your preferences. Your choice will be stored in your browser and applied across the site.
